On opening day, Best Coat Factory was up and running with UTC RETAIL’s full solution in place in their multi-lane POS environment and in the back office. The successful opening was made possible with UTC RETAIL’s pre-certified software / hardware bundle consisting of 1870 Series Touchscreen workstations and UTC RETAIL’s Merchant application, a cross-channel merchandise management solution. Peripherals, server, network routers and switches were all part of the efficient setup provided to Best Coat Factory.
