CooperVision Selects Ultimate Technology Corporation's Point-Of-Service Kiosk Solution for Optometrist's Offices

Rochester, NY, January 10, 2006- Ultimate Technology Corporation, a leading provider of world-class point-of-service (POS) solutions and support services, announced today that they have begun deployment of a turnkey self-service kiosk solution for CooperVision International, a global leader in contact lens manufacturing. It is anticipated that the kiosk solution will manage contact lens inventory at over 3,000 optometrist offices across North America.

CooperVision outsourced the entire solution to Ultimate Technology, including kiosk hardware and application software development. As part of Ultimate Technology�s POS life-cycle management services, they will also be responsible for data hosting at their Rochester, New York data center under a 3 year hardware and software maintenance agreement. The new solution solves a critical business problem for CooperVision, allowing them to avoid stock-out situations that can contribute to lost business.
