Service-On-Demand provides retailers with secure, convenient and real time access to key inventory, repair and shipping information regarding their in-store technology. Customers are able to run a number of available reports and sort information by different criteria including part number, product description and store number. In the first quarter of 2008, customers will also be able to initiate service requests via the Service-On-Demand portal. Service-On-Demand is a free service that can be accessed from the UTC RETAIL home page and is available to all UTC RETAIL customers.
