Rochester, January 14, 2008 – UTC RETAIL™, a leading provider of retail management solutions including software, hardware and professional services today announced the availability of their Service-On-Demand Customer Web Portal. Service-On-Demand provides retailers with secure, convenient and real time access to key inventory, repair and shipping information regarding their in-store technology. Service-On-Demand is password protected, easy to use and allows retailers the ability to customize and sort data the way they need it.

Customers are able to run a number of available reports and sort information by different criteria including part number, product description and store number. Service-On-Demand is a free service that can be accessed from the UTC RETAIL home page and is available to all UTC RETAIL customers.
