Alabama State Parks Chooses UTC RETAIL Solutions for POS Upgrade

Alabama State Parks was referred to UTC RETAIL by the Tennessee State Parks Department who had recently completed a successful deployment of UTC RETAIL hardware and services.

The1870 Series POS Workstations will be used in various customer facing applications such as Resort Front Desks, Restaurants, Lounges, Gift Shops, Camp Stores, Marinas, and Golf Courses. The golf course in Joe Wheeler State Park in Rogersville, AL is the first scheduled installation with monthly installations planned through the end of 2008 and into 2009. The Hot Swap maintenance services will provide Alabama State Parks an economical and efficient service program to support their network of state park hospitality and concession areas ensuring maximum uptime.
