Service-On-Demand is a web based management tool providing retailers real-time, secure access to critical information regarding their in-store technology. The new features added to Service-On-Demand significantly improve retailers' ability to manage their maintenance services for in-store technologies. The new features include:

* The ability for retailers to place on-line orders to efficiently replenish service stock inventory

* On-line equipment orders and service request logs


Request forms are created that include retailer-unique equipment lists, part numbers, store numbers and store addresses so placing orders and service requests is quick and easy for help desk personnel.

These new enhancements reduce retailers' operational costs by streamlining the equipment service process and minimizing their in-store equipment downtime. All orders and service requests are logged on-line. Statuses of all requests are provided and are continually updated. These logged requests and statuses are accessible by the retailer for efficient monitoring and tracking.
