UTC RETAIL announces partnership with Pockyt Payments Platform
Enables Contactless Payment for Consumers using Venmo, PayPal, AliPay and other Popular Digital Wallets.
Rochester, NY, January 10, 2023: UTC RETAIL, a full-service provider of retail solutions to the specialty retail marketplace, including software, hardware, and professional services, announces a new partnership with the Pockyt Payments Platform, enabling contactless payment for consumers using Venmo, PayPal, AliPay and other Popular Digital Wallets. The Pockyt Platform is now fully integrated with UTC RETAIL’s ReadySTORE POS Solution and is currently available to all customers for no additional license fee.

The integration between ReadySTORE POS and Pockyt requires no additional or specialized payment device and is executed by reading a QR code from the consumers digital wallet application. Support for payment via digital wallets complements the other currently supported payment options in ReadySTORE that include Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit, debit and cash, giving consumers complete control of their preferred tender choice.
